Free Will. The Releasor hereby warrants and represents that, in executing this Release, the Releasor does so with full knowledge of any and all rights that he may have with respect to the matters set forth and the Claims released in this Release, that he has received independent legal advice with respect to the matters set forth and the Claims released in this Release and with respect to the rights and asserted rights arising out of such matters, and that the Releasor is entering into this Release of his own free will.
