Free Apps Clause Samples
The "Free Apps" clause defines the terms under which users can access and use applications provided at no cost. If an App is provided to a Subscriber at no charge (other than as a trial version), App Publisher hereby grants Domo a nonexclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, perpetual, royalty-free license to freely reproduce, distribute, transmit, use, modify, build upon, or otherwise exploit the free App for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial.

Configero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Software provided to you free-of-charge (“Free Apps”) at any time with or without notice to you, and Configero will not be liable to you or any third party should it exercise such rights. Configero shall have no uptime, customer support, or technical support obligations with respect to Free Apps.
Free Apps. No Royalty is payable for Apps with a List Price of $0.00 (“freemium”, “freeware”, etc.), known as “Free Apps”. Free Apps distributed through the Program will require a payment to us of $1000/month while available from the Connexion Store promoted via the Program.
