Fraud, Intentional Misrepresentation, Intentional Torts. The limitations contained in this Section 9.13 shall not apply to indemnification obligations which are a result of or arise out of fraud, intentional misrepresentation or intentional torts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the limitations contained in this Section 9.13.2 shall not apply for any breach of the representation made by Seller under Section 4.7.
