Franchised Green Materials Collection. Contractor shall Collect Franchised Green Materials in 1530 Contractor‐provided Containers not less than one (1) time per week from Commercial Subscribers, 1531 upon Subscriber request and shall charge a Rate not to exceed the Maximum Rate for requested 1532 service. 1533 Containers: Carts 1534 Container Sizes: 32‐, 64‐, and 96‐gallon and96‐gallon Carts and Drop Boxes for 1535 permanent Subscribers 1536 Service Frequency: One (1) time per week, as requested by Subscriber 1537 Service Location: Curbside or other Subscriber‐selected service location at the 1538 Commercial Premises 1539 Acceptable Materials: Franchised Green Materials 1540 Additional Service: Contractor shall provide each Commercial Subscriber with one (1) or 1541 more Carts for Franchised Green Materials.
