Common use of Framework Recommendation Clause in Contracts

Framework Recommendation. Combining the results of the literature review and case studies, we formulated a framework for transportation project HIA in South Florida. The framework includes the procedures and modeling processes that can be effectively integrated in urban transportation planning process in the State of Florida and US in general. We also identified potential data sources to be used for applications of the framework.
