Common use of Framework Recommendation Clause in Contracts

Framework Recommendation. Combining the results of literature review and case studies, we formulated a framework for transportation project health impact assessment (HIA). The framework includes the procedures and modeling processes that can be integrated in the transportation planning process by metropolitan planning organizations (MPO) in the State of Florida and US in general. We also documented available data sources to be used for applications of the framework in South Florida.
