FRAMEWORK OBJECTIVES. 4.1 The Framework Objectives are as follows:
4.1.1 team-working and consideration for others, including quality and diversity considerations where appropriate;
4.1.2 to engage in alliancing with the Client and Authorised Entities as and when agreed;
4.1.3 improvements in environmental performance, sustainability and reductions in environmental impact;
4.1.4 to actively promote the Framework Agreement to the market and potential users;
4.1.5 high levels of resident satisfaction;
4.1.6 the development and implementation of training programs, apprenticeships and community initiatives;
4.1.7 supporting local sustainability and community initiatives;
4.1.8 the avoidance of disputes;
4.1.9 the timely and fair payment of all suppliers and sub-contractors by the Service Providers;
4.1.10 the Client’s and the Authorised Entities’ satisfaction with the performance of the Service Providers;
4.1.11 to work in a spirit of continuous improvement to continually improve value for money, quality and best value;
4.1.12 to consider and adopt any efficiency initiatives the Client or any Authorised Entities may bring to the attention of Service Providers and to apply the methodology of value engineering; and
4.1.13 to embrace and put forward new technologies, products and practices in the provision of the Services.
FRAMEWORK OBJECTIVES.
8.1 The Framework Objectives are the Association’s overarching objectives for all Services provided under the Framework Agreement. The Framework Objectives are to be delivered by the Supplier in the course of delivering the Services and are required to be promoted and encouraged to other Project Participants. The objectives are as follows:
8.1.1 services to be constantly delivered in accordance with the specification and quality requirements and each deliverable to be correct on first submission/undertaking;
8.1.2 improvements in quality, productivity and value for money;
8.1.3 greater predictability of project costs and fees;
8.1.4 improvements in environmental performance, sustainability and reductions in environmental impact both in delivery of the Supplier’s work and, where applicable, in the delivery of the Association and/or the Participating Authority (as applicable) projects;
8.1.5 the avoidance of disputes through team working and consideration for others;
8.1.6 to work with the Association and/or the Participating Authority (as applicable) in a spirit of continuous improvement to deliver efficiency initiatives, value for money, quality and best value in the delivery of all services by all and the consideration and adoption of any efficiency initiatives the Association and/or the Participating Authority (as applicable) may bring to the attention of Suppliers;
8.1.7 Association and/or the Participating Authority (as applicable) satisfaction with product and service; and
8.1.8 enhancement of the Supplier's reputation and commercial opportunities. together, (the "Framework Objectives").
8.2 The Supplier's contribution to progress in achieving certain of the Framework Objectives will be monitored and periodically assessed in the manner indicated in clause 9 (Specification).
