FPA Orders. Orders under Section 203 of the FPA shall have been issued in a form reasonably acceptable to each of Purchaser and the Company by FERC in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement with respect to each of the applications filed by the project companies listed on Schedule 7.1(b).
