Fovea Developed Technology Sample Clauses

Fovea Developed Technology. In the event that Fovea has developed any Formulation Technology prior to the Original Agreement Effective Date or develops any Formulation Technology at any time after the Original Agreement Effective Date, Fovea shall, and does hereby, grant to CombinatoRx a royalty-free, fully paid up, right and license, with the right to grant sublicenses, in the CombinatoRx Territory and the Shared Territory to use such Formulation Technology solely for the Exploitation of Collaboration Products in the Collaboration Combination Field.
