Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership. The form of Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership (the "Restated Form") attached to the Partnership Agreement is hereby amended to conform to the amendments set forth in this Amendment, all of which shall be deemed incorporated in said Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership (the "Restated Agreement") upon the effectiveness thereof (with such conforming changes as may be necessary to give substantive effect thereto). Additionally, the Restated Agreement Form and, upon its effectiveness, the Restated Agreement are hereby amended as follows:
