Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture. The Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company and the Trustee in substantially the form of SCHEDULE H hereto, and duly filed and recorded in the offices of the Chancery Clerk of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Yazoo Counties, Mississippi, and the offices of the County Clerks of Lea and Eddy Counties, New Mexico.

Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture. This FOURTEENTH[?] SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of the 14th day of June, 2021, made and entered into by and between SUPERIOR WATER, LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Wisconsin, whose address is ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (the “Company”) and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (successor to Chemical Bank, as Corporate Trustee, and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, as Co-Trustee), a national banking association, whose principal trust office at the date hereof is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (the “Trustee”), as Trustee under the Mortgage and Deed of Trust dated as of March 1, 1943 (hereinafter called the “Mortgage”), which Mortgage was executed and delivered by the Company to secure the payment of bonds issued or to be issued under and in accordance with the provisions of the Mortgage, reference to which Mortgage is hereby made, this Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture (the “Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture”) being supplemental thereto;

Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture. The terms “this Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture”, “this indenture”, “herein”, “hereof”, “hereby”, “hereunder”, and similar expressions, unless the context otherwise specifies or requires, refer to the Indenture as supplemented by this Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture and not to any particular Article, Section, subsection or clause or other portion thereof, and include every instrument supplemental or ancillary to this Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture.

Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture. At or prior to the Closing Time, the Company and the Trustee shall have executed and delivered the Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture.
