Founders’ Commitment. The Founder undertakes to the Series C Investors that, for as long as the Series C Investors hold any Share of the Company, he will devote his working time and attention exclusively to the business of the Group, and will use his best efforts to promote the Group Companies’ interests until the third (3rd) anniversary of a QIPO.
