Foundation's liability. Unless negligent or guilty of some other wrongdoing causing injury, loss or damage, the Foundation does not accept responsibility for accidental injury or other loss caused to the Pupil or the Parents or for loss of or damage to property. 7.1 Medical declaration: Before the Pupil enters the School the Parents will be asked to complete a Confidential Information Form concerning the Pupil's health and must inform the Head in writing if the Pupil develops any known medical condition, health problem including mental health issues, or allergy, or will be unable to take part in games or sporting activities, or has been in contact with anyone with an infectious or contagious disease.
