The School has a relationship with , a non-profit foundation the primary purpose of which is i. to provide financial support to the School through privately-raised funds or grants, ii. to provide a Facility and facilities related costs for the School, paid for by the School, as follows and iii. additionally to utilize payments received from the School as follows: The agreement governing the relationship between the School and the foundation is provided in Document J. The members of the foundation’s Board of Directors and its Executive Director are provided, along with a signed conflict of interest disclosure from each member, is provided in Document 7.
