Forward Communications. Any written communication received at any time by CYTO or CST with respect to any of the Transferred Assets shall be transmitted by CST or CYTO, as applicable, to SELECT within two (2) business days of receipt. Any written communication received at any time by SELECT with respect to the assets, properties, liabilities, obligations or business of CST or CYTO, or the Assumed Liabilities shall be transmitted to CST or CYTO, as applicable, by SELECT within two (2) business days of receipt.

Forward Communications. Any written communication received at any time by CMI with respect to any of the Assets or Liabilities shall be transmitted by CMI to Girls On within two (2) business days of receipt.
