Forms of the Notes Clause Samples

The "Forms of the Notes" clause defines the specific physical or electronic formats in which promissory notes or debt instruments will be issued and held. It typically outlines whether the notes will be in certificated (paper) or uncertificated (electronic) form, and may specify requirements for registration, transfer, or authentication of the notes. By clearly establishing the acceptable forms, this clause ensures consistency in documentation and helps prevent disputes regarding the validity or transferability of the notes.
