Common use of Forms of Proxy and Block Voting Instructions Clause in Contracts

Forms of Proxy and Block Voting Instructions. The Registrar shall, at the request of any Noteholder in accordance with the Trust Deed, make available uncompleted and unexecuted forms of proxy and issue block voting instructions in a form and manner which comply with the provisions of the Eighth Schedule of the Trust Deed. The Registrar shall keep a full record of completed and executed forms of proxy received by it and will give to the Issuer, not less than twenty-four hours before the time appointed for any meeting or adjourned meeting, full particulars of all duly completed forms of proxy received by it in respect of such meeting or adjourned meeting.
