Common use of Forms of Proxy and Block Voting Instructions Clause in Contracts

Forms of Proxy and Block Voting Instructions. The Registrar shall, at the request of the Holder of any Security, make available uncompleted and unexecuted Forms of Proxy and issue Block Voting Instructions in a form and manner which comply with the provisions of Schedule 4 (Provisions for Meetings of the Holders) to this Agreement. The Registrar shall keep a full record of completed and executed Forms of Proxy received by it and will give to the Issuer, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for any meeting or adjourned meeting, full particulars of duly completed Forms of Proxy received by it and of Block Voting Instructions issued by it in respect of such meeting or adjourned meeting.
