Common use of Forms of Policies Clause in Contracts

Forms of Policies. All policies maintained by Tenant will provide that they may not be terminated nor may coverage be reduced except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Landlord. All Commercial General Liability and All-Risk property policies maintained by Tenant shall be written as primary policies, not contributing with and not supplemental to the coverage that Landlord may carry.

All Commercial General Liability and All-Risk property policies maintained by Tenant shall be written as primary policies, not contributing with and not supplemental to the coverage that Landlord may carry.

Forms of Policies. All Tenant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause policies maintained by Tenant will under this Lease to provide that they may not be terminated nor may coverage be reduced below the minimum coverage required under this Lease except after thirty (30) days' ’ prior written notice to Landlord. All Commercial General Liability and All-Risk property policies maintained by Tenant shall be written as primary policies, not contributing with and not supplemental to the coverage that Landlord may carry.
