Pacific will make available to SBB upon written request copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by Pacific and the Pacific Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of their businesses.

Pacific SBB will make available to SBB Pacific upon written request copies of all standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by Pacific SBB and the Pacific SBB Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of their businesses.
