CBI has made made, and will make make, available to IBG FFIN copies of all of CBI’s and any CBI Subsidiary’s standard forms of notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other routine documents of a like nature used on a regular and recurring basis by CBI and its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of their respective its business.
