Common use of Forms of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Forms of Certificates. At the Closing Time, the forms of the certificates representing the Common Shares and Warrants will have been duly approved and adopted by the Corporation and comply in all respects with the applicable requirements of the BCBCA and the Exchange.
