Common use of Forms of Certificates Generally Clause in Contracts

Forms of Certificates Generally. The Normal Units Certificates (including the form of Purchase Contract forming part of the Normal Units evidenced thereby) shall be in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A hereto, with such letters, numbers or other marks of identification or designation and such legends or endorsements printed, lithographed or engraved thereon as may be required by the rules of any securities exchange on which the Normal Units are listed or any depositary therefor, or as may, consistently herewith, be determined by the officers of the Company executing such Normal Units Certificates, as evidenced by their execution of the Normal Units Certificates. The definitive Normal Units Certificates shall be printed, lithographed or engraved on steel engraved borders or may be produced in any other manner, all as determined by the officers of the Company executing such Normal Units Certificates, consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, as evidenced by their execution thereof. The Stripped Units Certificates (including the form of Purchase Contracts forming part of the Stripped Units evidenced thereby) shall be in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B hereto, with such letters, numbers or other marks of identification or designation and such legends or endorsements printed, lithographed or engraved thereon
