Common use of Forms of Certificates Generally Clause in Contracts

Forms of Certificates Generally. (a) The Equity Units Certificates (including the form of Forward Purchase Contract forming part of the Equity Units evidenced thereby) shall be in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A hereto, with such letters, numbers or other marks of identification or designation and such legends or endorsements printed, lithographed or engraved thereon as may be required by the rules of any securities exchange or quotation system on which the Equity Units are listed or quoted for trading or any depositary therefor, or as may, consistently herewith, be determined by the officers of the Company executing such Equity Units Certificates, as evidenced by their execution of the Equity Units Certificates.
