Former Trustee No Longer Custodian or Paying Agent. Any Trustee which has resigned or been removed shall cease to be custodian of the funds and, if it has been so appointed, paying agent, and the successor Trustee shall become such custodian, and a successor paying agent shall be appointed under Section 11.14.
