Common use of Formation and Authority of Development Committee Clause in Contracts

Formation and Authority of Development Committee. NovaDel and Licensee shall establish a development committee (the "Development Committee"), which shall oversee the Development Activities performed by the Parties, review and approve the Development Budget and approve any changes to the Development Plan and Development Budget. Each Party shall appoint an equal number of representatives with the requisite experience and seniority to enable them to make decisions on behalf of the Parties with respect to the Development Activities. From time to time, each Party may substitute its representatives on written notice to the other Party.
