Format, Costs, Availability Sample Clauses
The 'Format, Costs, Availability' clause defines the terms under which information, documents, or materials will be provided, specifying the format in which they are delivered, who bears the associated costs, and when or how often they will be made available. For example, it may state that reports must be provided electronically, that the requesting party pays for physical copies, or that updates are supplied on a monthly basis. This clause ensures both parties have clear expectations regarding the logistics and expenses of information exchange, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over delivery methods, timing, or costs.
