Format, addressing and delivery. 16.1.1. A notice under this Agreement is only effective if it is in writing, and dealt with as follows: a. if given by the Recipient to the Department – addressed to the Department Contact; or b. if given by the Department to the Recipient – given by the Department and addressed to (and marked for the attention of) the Recipient Contact.
