Format, addressing and delivery. 17.1.1. A notice under this contract is only effective if it is in writing, and dealt with as follows: a. if given by the Supplier to the High Court - addressed to the Project Officer at the address specified in Item 25 of Schedule 1 or as otherwise notified by the High Court; or‌ b. if given by the High Court to the Supplier - given by the Project Officer (or any superior officer to the Project Officer) and addressed (and marked for attention) as specified in Item 26 of Schedule 1 or as otherwise notified by the Supplier.‌ 17.1.2. A notice is to be: a. signed by the person giving the notice and delivered by hand; or b. signed by the person giving the notice and sent by pre-paid post; or c. transmitted electronically by the person giving the notice by electronic mail.
