Formal Representations Sample Clauses

Formal Representations. The statutory requirements for the content of the CIS and public participation and consultation, as set out in the Regulations, represent a minimum level of community involvement in order to provide the opportunity for people to be consulted and make representations on the formal proposals set out in the LDP. The Council intends to meet and exceed these basic requirements. An initial list of Statutory Consultees and Interested Parties is set out in Appendix 4. It will be expanded as appropriate as plan preparation proceeds.
