Form of Warrant after Adjustments. The form of the Warrant Certificate need not be changed because of any adjustments in the Warrant Price or the number and kind of Securities purchasable upon the exercise of the Warrants evidenced by the Warrant Certificate; however, all Warrant Certificates issued by the Company subsequent to any adjustments under Section 4, 5 or 6 shall reflect such adjustments.
