Common use of Form of Unit Clause in Contracts

Form of Unit. The form of Unit need not be changed because of any adjustment pursuant to this Section 4. However, the Company may at any time in its sole discretion make any change in the form of Unit that the Company may deem appropriate and that does not affect the substance thereof, and any Unit thereafter issued or countersigned, whether in exchange or substitution for an outstanding Unit or otherwise, may be in the form as so changed.

However, the Company may at any time in its sole discretion make any change in the form of Unit that the Company may deem appropriate and that does not affect the substance thereof, and any Unit thereafter issued or countersigned, whether in exchange or substitution for an outstanding Unit or otherwise, may be in the form as so changed.
