Common use of Form of Senior Security Clause in Contracts

Form of Senior Security. The Senior Security shall be substantially in the form of Annex F hereto, the terms of which are incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement. The Senior Securities shall be issued, and may be transferred, only in denominations having an aggregate principal amount of not less than $1,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof. The Senior Securities shall be in registered form without coupons and shall be numbered, lettered or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the officers executing the same may determine as evidenced by the execution thereof.
