FORM OF QUOTATION. For the provision of supported residential accommodation for Young People in need of such care To: The Mayor and Burgesses of the I/We carrying on business at (Name of Service Provider and address) hereby offer and undertake to provide the Services in accordance with the Articles of Agreement, Contract Conditions and Specification at the rates/prices contained in the Schedule hereto. I/We agree that the insertion by me/us of any conditions qualifying this Quotation, or any unauthorised alteration to any of the documents accompanying this Quotation, shall not affect the Articles of Agreement, Contract Conditions and Specification and may cause the Quotation to be rejected. I/We agree that this Quotation shall remain open to be accepted or not by the Council and shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirteen weeks from the date stated on the following page. I/We further undertake to execute Articles of Agreement in the attached form to be prepared at your expense for the proper and complete fulfilment of the Services.
