Common use of Form of Participant Schedule Clause in Contracts

Form of Participant Schedule. The Company shall prepare, and shall deliver to the Trustee in accordance with Section 5.2 hereof, a schedule that sets forth the name of each Participant entitled to receive a Benefit under a Plan. Such Schedule shall also include a list of Eligible Participants.

Form of Participant Schedule.
