Form of Medium-Term Debt Securities. The Medium-Term Debt Securities and Coupons, if any, of each series shall be in such forms as shall be specified as contemplated by Section 301. In the absence of any such provisions with respect to the Medium-Term Debt Securities of any series, the Medium-Term Debt Securities and Coupons, if any, of such series shall be substantially in the applicable form or forms set forth in Exhibit A hereto, except with such additions, changes and deletions thereto as may be required to reflect the different provisions thereof as shall be specified as provided in Section 301.
