Common use of FORM OF GENERAL RELEASE Clause in Contracts

FORM OF GENERAL RELEASE. In consideration of the severance benefits (the “Severance”) offered to me by Pxxxxxx Capital (Delaware), Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), pursuant to my Employment Agreement with the Company dated May 8, 2014 (“Employment Agreement”) and in connection with the termination of my employment, I agree to the following general release (the “Release”).
