Form of Definitive Securities. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.06 hereof, Definitive Securities may be produced in any manner determined by the Officers of the Company executing such Securities, as evidenced by their execution of such Securities. The Fiscal Agent must register Definitive Securities so issued in the name of, and cause the same to be delivered to, such Person (or its nominee).
