Form of communication and rules of delivery. The Parties agree that any transfer of communications and/or information pursuant to this Contract shall be primarily sent to the contact persons specified in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Contract and, if this is not possible, then the transfer shall be in writing and delivered to the other Party's data box (and if this is not possible, then in person or by registered post or courier service, to the address of the relevant Party).
