Form of Commitments. Schedule I to the Participation Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety by replacing such with Exhibit A attached hereto. The Lessor Trust agrees that it shall (i) execute and deliver to each Lender whose Commitment has changed, a Note evidencing such Lender's revised Commitment and (ii) execute and deliver to each Certificate Holder whose Commitment has changed, a Certificate evidencing such Certificate Holder's revised Commitment.
