Form of Bond Register. The County as Registrar will maintain its records as Bond Registrar in accordance with the County’s general practices and procedures in effect from time to time. The County as Paying Agent will keep or cause to be kept at its principal office sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, which upon reasonable notice shall be open to inspection by the District.
