Form Modifications Clause Samples
Form Modifications. The Judicial Council reserves the right, as the Judicial Council deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, to modify the process and/or forms provided in the Agreement (e.g., Exhibit E and/or Exhibit F) that are to be utilized in the request, submittal, and authorization of Service Work Orders including, without limitation, implementing the use of CAFM for electronic Services Requests and Consultant Proposals. The Judicial Council will notify Consultant of any such modifications prior to becoming effective.
Form Modifications. The Judicial Council reserves the right to modify the forms provided in Exhibits E and F, as it deems necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion, and will notify Consultant of any modification to said form prior to implementing the modified form(s). Modified forms will be substantially similar to Exhibits E and F in this Agreement.
