Form Approval Clause Samples
The Form Approval clause establishes that certain documents, forms, or templates used in the course of an agreement must be reviewed and approved by a designated party before they are finalized or put into use. Typically, this means that any standard forms—such as invoices, reports, or notices—must be submitted for approval to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards or requirements. By requiring prior approval, this clause helps maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance with contractual expectations, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over documentation.
