Form and Substance of Amendments Sample Clauses

Form and Substance of Amendments. Each amendment to be proposed to shareholders pursuant to Section 2.1(a) hereof, and each amendment to be adopted by the Board pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof, shall be in form and substance proposed by the Board, after approved thereof by a majority of the Independent Trustees, and approved by FUR (such approval by FUR not to be unreasonably withheld).
