Form and Execution. The Governmental Notes shall be in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit A-2, and shall be delivered to the holders thereof in physical form and not as book-entry bonds. The Governmental Notes shall be executed on behalf of the Governmental Lender by the manual signature of an Authorized Officer of the Governmental Lender. The signatures of individuals who were the proper officers of the Governmental Lender at the time of execution shall bind the Governmental Lender, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them shall have ceased to hold such offices prior to the delivery of the Governmental Notes or shall not have held such offices at the date of the Governmental Notes.
