Form and Sample Clauses
The 'Form and' clause defines the required format or structure for documents, communications, or actions under an agreement. It typically specifies whether submissions must be in writing, electronic, or another specified medium, and may outline necessary details or signatures. By establishing clear requirements for form, this clause ensures that all parties understand how to properly execute or deliver contractual items, reducing the risk of disputes over validity or compliance.
