Forfeiture Upon Termination as a Service Provider. Unless specifically provided otherwise in this Award Agreement or other written agreement authorized by the Committee between Grantee and the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, governing the terms of this Award, if Grantee ceases to be a Service Provider for any or no reason, the then-unvested Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will thereupon be forfeited at no cost to the Company and Grantee will have no further rights thereunder.
