Forfeit of Unvested Options on Termination of Employment. No Option shall become exercisable as to any additional Shares following the termination of employment of the Optionee for any reason and any Option that is unexercisable as of the Optionee’s termination of employment shall immediately expire without payment therefor. For the purposes of this Agreement, if the termination of the Optionee’s employment is subject to a notice period, the date such notice is given will be deemed to be the Optionee’s termination date.
