Foreign Persons. Seller shall not re-transfer any export-controlled information (e.g. technical data or software) to any other non- US person or entity (including the Seller’s dual and/or third-country national employees) without first complying with all the requirements of the applicable Export Laws and Regulations. Prior to any proposed re- transfer, Seller shall first obtain the written consent of the Buyer. No consent granted by ▇▇▇▇▇ in response to Seller’s request shall relieve Seller of its obligations to comply with the provisions of paragraph A. of this Clause or the Export Laws and Regulations, nor shall any such consent constitute a waiver of the requirements of paragraph A. hereinabove, nor constitute consent for Seller to violate any provision of the Export Laws and Regulations.
