FOREIGN EXPORT. You agree and certify that neither the SOFTWARE nor any related technical data is being or will be shipped, transferred or re-exported, directly or indirectly, into any country in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the United States or the country in which it was obtained.

Additionally, you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
FOREIGN EXPORT. You agree and certify that you will observe the laws or regulations relating to the export control of the country of the US, India and other countries.

You will abide by these laws and regulations as applicable and will not transfer, directly or indirectly, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any content or software from this site to or from any countries or foreign nationals in violation of such laws or regulations.
